The Allied Healthcare Half Back Vertical Extrication Device - Helmet Immobilizer (#L720003-010) is designed for use with the Half Back Vertical Extrication Device and Miller Board.

This foam-padded device keeps the heads of helmeted victims safe and secure during transfer, with lots of room for bulky bicycle or motorcycle helmets. However, if the victim is not wearing a helmet, it's advised that emergency responders utilize the Standard Head Immobilizer instead.
